Ingredients: 6-8 medium cooking apples, peeled and sliced 2-3 eggs, beaten 1 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1 cup sugar 3 tablespoons butter, softened 1 cup milk
Preparation: Place sliced apples in a 9 inch unbaked pie crust.
To beaten eggs, add flour, cornstarch, sugar, and butter. Then add milk and stir well.
Pour custard mixture over sliced apples in pie shell. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar and a little cinnamon over top of pie.
Bake in a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes, then turn the oven down to 350 degrees for 45 minutes or longer until the custard is set.
