Blueberry Muffins

                                        Back

Ingredients:
2 cups Bisquick
3 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons oil
1/2-1 cup fresh blueberries

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients except berries.  Fold berries in last.
Pour into greased muffin tins.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

     

Note:  I always make these up and freeze several makings of them whenever blueberries are on sale.  You could also use fresh or frozen blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries.
