Ingredients: 1 cup Miller’s Bran 3/4 cup flour 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 3/4 cup buttermilk 1 egg 1/4 cup oil
Preparation: Mix dry ingredients.
Make a well in the center and pour liquids into it. Mix only long enough to mix dry ingredients.
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
Note: Add raisins or pieces of finely chopped apple for a little different flavor.
