Breads & Rolls

Blueberry Muffins
I always make these up and freeze several makings of them whenever blueberries are on sale. You could also use fresh or frozen blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries

Bran Muffins
Add raisins or pieces of finely chopped apple for a little different flavor.

Cornbread Dressing
Mother used to make dressing balls and put a pecan half on top of each then cook.

Cornbread Dressing in the Crock Pot
Sylvia and I made this for Thanksgiving 2000. It tasted really good. We left the chicken out and cooked it a little longer.

Cream Puff Pastry
These are not near as hard to make as they sound. As a matter of fact, you'll be surprised at how easy they are. John likes them filled with pudding best.

Easy Breakfast Rolls
You may have problems finding the frosting mix. This is an old recipe, but it's really tasty!

Easy Drop Rolls
Rolls made in the little miniature muffin tins are really good, but remember, they don't have to cook as long.

French Toast
Fry in melted butter until brown.

Hurry-Up Yeast Rolls
These are good if you want a homemade yeast roll in a hurry.

Martha's Banana Bread
The cinnamon adds a nice touch. Give it a try!
