Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 8oz bottle Italian dressing 2 finely chopped green onions 1/4 teaspoon tarragon or Italian seasoning 4 chicken breasts 1/4 cup apple juice or white grape juice
Preparation:
Mix all together but the chicken.
Marinate the chicken in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
Place on grill. Baste with remaining mixture.
Grill 30-35 minutes.
Note: I always cook my chicken some first. That way you don’t have to grill it for so long. Plus, it would be great in a George Foreman grill. Cook chicken for about 8 minutes on one of those.
