Cheddar Baked Potato Slices

Ingredients: 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 4 cups sliced baking potatoes 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation: In a small bowl, combine soup, paprika and pepper. In a greased 2 quart oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes in overlapping rows. Sprinkle with cheese, spoon soup mixture over the cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover, bake 10 minutes longer or until potatoes are fork tender. 6 servings.
