Ingredients:
4-6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts 1 box Stove Top Stuffing mix (chicken, turkey, or cornbread flavor) 1 can cream of celery soup 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese (optional)
Preparation:
Boil several chicken tenders, or boneless chicken breasts cut in half. Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with chicken.
Make Stove Top stuffing (chicken, turkey or cornbread flavor) according to package directions, except add a can of cream of celery soup with the water and butter from the stuffing mix.
Spread on top of chicken.
Bake at 375-400 degrees for one hour.
Note: Brenda N. makes this a lot and she sprinkles some grated cheddar cheese on top about the last 15 minutes of baking.
