The real reason I did all this was so that my daughter, Lela, and also my boys, Brent and Jacob, would have a part of their Mother left with them when I’m long gone! I love to cook and I hope one of my kids ends up enjoying it as well. I’ve been blessed in that I have lots of friends and family who like to eat!!
I dedicate this book to my two Lelas. The first one, my Mother, who taught me to be a good cook and hopefully to be a gracious hostess. The second one is my Lela, who I hope will continue in her Grandmother’s footsteps. I love you.
