French Toast

Ingredients:
3 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon almond or vanilla extract
dash nutmeg

   

Preparation:
Mix together.

Dip day old bread in mixture--any type of bread will do ---cinnamon raisin, French, or plain.

Fry in melted butter until brown.
Serve with syrup.
