Ingredients: 3 egg yolks 3 egg whites 1/2 pint whipping cream 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 cup sugar 2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup melted butter
Preparation: Mix butter and graham cracker crumbs together and press in bottom of square 8 x 8 inch pan.
Cream the cheese. Add the sugar and cream together. Add egg yolks and cream together. Beat the egg whites in one bowl and beat the whipping cream in another bowl. Fold whipping cream into the first mixture, then the egg whites. Pour into square pan over graham crackers. Freeze. Thaw 15-20 minutes before serving.
