Make lists! I usually have a shopping list, a to-do list, and a to-make list. I organize myself until the day I have people over and everything usually runs fairly smoothly.
Plan ahead, but stay within your budget! You don’t need prime rib when hamburgers will do. Its the fellowship that’s the key here!
So many food items can be made the day before or the morning of your get together. Most desserts and casserole can be made ahead of time. I have a whole list of suggestions I’d be glad to share.
My husband said that my topic for the letter “P” should be “Perfection, you don’t need it!”
