Hurry-Up Yeast Rolls

Ingredients:
3/4 cup warm water
1 package dry yeast
2 1/2 cups Bisquick
1 tablespoon sugar

   

Preparation:
Dissolve yeast in water.
Mix in Bisquick and sugar.
Knead 20 times.

Shape into rolls and place in a greased pan.

Cover with a damp cloth.
Let rise, about 1 hour.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.


Note: These are good if you want a homemade yeast roll in a hurry.
