Ingredients: 4 eggs 2 cups milk 1/2 cup flour or Bisquick 1 cup coconut 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1 teaspoon vanilla nutmeg
Preparation: Blend all together in a blender. Pour in a 10 inch greased pie pan (no crust). Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
Note: This tastes a lot like a custard pie with coconut in it. I used to make it for my Grandma Stone because it was soft and she could eat it easily.
