Ingredients: 1/2 - 3/4 pound box elbow macaroni, cooked and drained 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped 1 cucumber, diced 1 small onion, diced 1 large tomato, diced 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 - 1 tablespoon celery seed 1-2 tablespoons sugar
Dressing: 1 to 1 1/2 cups Marzetti Slaw dressing (the cold dressing in the produce section, not the slaw dressing with the blue label, but the other one.)
Preparation: Mix well and chill before serving.
Note: Beth M. gave this to me and it’s delicious.
You may need to add a little mayo to your dressing if its not wet enough.
