Ingredients: 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes 1 stick melted butter 1 cup light brown sugar 1/2 cup flour 3/4 cup white sugar 2 eggs 1/3 cup melted butter 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation: Combine sweet potatoes, white sugar, l stick melted butter and eggs. Pour into greased casserole. Mix the brown sugar, 1/3 cup melted butter, flour and pecans and pour over top of the potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Note: You can make this the day before and refrigerate until ready to bake. I usually leave the pecans off because John doesn’t like nuts.
