Ingredients: 2 (8oz) packages cream cheese, softened 2/3 cup sugar 1 teaspoon sugar 3 eggs 25 vanilla wafers 1 can fruit filling 25 cupcake liners
Preparation: Cream cheese and sugar together. Add remaining ingredients and mix for 5 minutes. Place vanilla wafers (flat side down) into cupcake liner. Fill 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Top with some fruit filling while still warm.
