Pistachio Salad

Ingredients:
22 oz un-drained crushed pineapple
1 cup miniature marshmallows
9 oz cool whip
1 box instant pistachio pudding
1/2 cup nuts, optional

   


Preparation:
Combine pineapple and pudding. Mix with spoon.

Add marshmallows and nuts. Fold in cool whip.

Refrigerate.

Note: Can be made a day ahead.
