Ingredients: 1 large can pumpkin pie mix (already has sugar and spices in it) 1 can eagle brand milk 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation: Mix together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle top with a little cinnamon, nutmeg, or pumpkin pie spice. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes longer, or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Note: I’ve used low fat eagle brand milk and 4 egg whites and it worked fine. John only likes my pumpkin pie, and it’s ridiculous how easy it is to make.
