Strawberry Yogurt Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 graham cracker crust
1 (9 oz) carton of cool whip
2 containers strawberry yogurt
sliced fresh strawberries, if desired


     


Preparation:
Mix together:
1 (9 oz) carton of cool whip
2 containers strawberry yogurt
sliced fresh strawberries, if desired

Mix together and pour into graham cracker crust and freeze.  Thaw out 20-30 minutes before serving.  Can garnish the top with fresh strawberries if desired.  It’s also pretty if you add a little red food coloring when you mix it together.  It makes the pie a little pinker.


Note:
This is a refreshing pie to have on hand in the summer.  I don’t always have fresh strawberries to mix in and it tastes just as good.  Also, my cousin, Mary, made this once and used pina colada yogurt and  mandarin oranges for the filling , along with the cool whip.  You could be adventurous and use any flavor you prefer:  raspberry, blueberry, lemon, etc...
