Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
2 sticks margarine, softened
2 eggs
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
Preparation:
Mix all except cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar.
Drop by rounded teaspoons on a greased cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture, or with just plain sugar.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not brown.
Sugar Cookies from Bisquick

Ingredients:
2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
5 tablespoons milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
Preparation:
Mix all but 1/4 cup sugar together.
Drop by teaspoons on a greased cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
Note: These make a real soft sugar cookie. My son likes these better than any of the more complicated sugar cookie recipes that I make. This recipe doesn’t make very many, maybe a dozen. Perfect for a quick after school snack.
