Sugar Free Apple Pie Recipe

Ingredients: 6 cups apples 1(6oz) can unsweetened frozen apple juice concentrate 1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch (Mixed in a little water) 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation: Peel and slice apples. Bring apples and juice to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Add dissolved cornstarch and bring to a boil again. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 25 minutes. Add cinnamon. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Top with another pie crust with slits cut in top to vent. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Note: This is really a good pie. Sylvia used to make it for Daddy since he was a diabetic and couldn’t have sugar, but he sure loved his sweets!
